New York City-based electronic music duo The Knocks, comprised of Ben "B-Roc" Ruttner and James "JPatt" Patterson have today unveiled their new disco-infused, dance-pop song called "Love Me Like That" - a collaboration featuring Canadian pop princess Carly Rae Jepsen. The track was co-written with Ross Clark from St. Lucia and will appear on their long-awaited debut album, 55, which will also include previously released singles: "Classic" (feat. Powers), "I Wish (My Taylor Swift)" (feat. Matthew Koma), "New York City" (feat. Cam'ron), "Kiss The Sky" (feat. Wyclef Jean) and "Best for Last" (feat. Walk The Moon).
Speaking on the track, The Knocks says:
"While we were wrapping this album, we had an idea for a song that we thought she would sound perfectly on, so we cold called her about collaborating and she was into it. We flew out to LA that week and recorded it together. We are really happy with how it turned out."
