ARI - Teachers

Toronto-based indie-pop songstress ARI is quickly becoming one of our favorite new artist of the year. Now following the release of her previous single, "Pretty Little Villains", ARI returns today to share with us yet another powerful and emotive new single called "Teachers", which also serves as the second track to be lifted from her forthcoming debut EP, Tunnel Vision, to be released this summer.

Speaking on the track, ARI says:

"The track is about sexual double standards and how guys tend to get high fives for being sexually adventurous and women tend to get shamed. This is a personal one for me. As a woman I've always felt judged by others when it comes to sex. I'd go on a date and get the question 'how many people have you slept with?' way too often."

Listen to "Teachers" below.
