COTE - Golden Hour

Following the success of her previous two singles, "London" and "Green Light", both of which garnered a massive amount of support from a multitude of tastemaking music blogs, New York-based songstress Taryn Randall, aka COTE, returns today to dazzle us once again with her third offering entitled "Golden Hour". Sparse in its production, "Golden Hour" puts COTE's expressive vocals in the forefront, juxtaposing the tension-filled, confessional verses with a stirring emotional release in the choruses driven by a delicate falsetto.

Speaking on the track, COTE explains:

"For me, 'Golden Hour' is a snapshot of very difficult, but distant time in my life. We all have songs that transport us to a specific memory or time and this song does that for me. My life has changed drastically since writing 'Golden Hour,' but I can still tap into the same feelings of loss every time it starts to play."

Listen to "Golden Hour" below.
