Los Angeles-based indie pop duo Golden Coast, comprised Denny White and Steven Mudd, return today with perhaps their most infectious and dance-worthy track to date, aptly titled "Make Ya Move", which as the suggests is sure to do just that. The song is lifted from the pair's forthcoming six-song self-titled debut EP, which also includes their previously released singles, "
Recess" and "
Comeback Kid", and is due out this Friday (December 9th).
Speaking on the track, Golden Coast says:
"
'Make Ya Move' was our attempt to kind of throw off some of the traditional song-y rules and do something just purely fun. Kind of tried to channel our inner Macklemore or Bruno [Mars] and talk a little over-confident swagger."
