Atlanta-based trip hop duo CLAVVS, comprised of four-time Grammy award-winning producer Graham Marsh (CeeLo Green, Bruno Mars, and Ludacris, etc) and writer/vocalist Amber Renee, return today with their first new offering of 2017 called "Future Gold", which also serves as the fourth single following "Glass Skin", "Serpentine" and "Bloom" to be lifted from the eagerly-anticipated sophomore album, World Underwater, due out on March 24th.
Speaking on the track, Amber says:
"The future is very seductive. I think we all long to know what she holds, but this song is a warning against that, a sort of reminder that the future is beautiful because of her mystery. She will inevitably come and we’ll face her when she does. Until then, ride the wave."
Listen to "Future Gold" along with their cover of Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game" below.
Premiere via Creative Loafing Atlanta.
