According to the single's press release, Mo Parker is not just one person but actually two people. Classically and jazz trained pianist and singer Mo Parker, alongside beatsmith Domzilla (Lulu James, Wu Tang), whose minimal R&B brickwork provides the foundation of the duo's self-described shifting soul sound. Together the pair have created music on the principles of space, atmosphere, and depth... the voice to the front, the music to the back. A very modern sound accompanied by a very traditional approach.
Today the duo return today with their impressive second original song entitled "Shy", the follow-up to their debut single "Fold" released back in early May and ahead of their forthcoming debut EP due out later this year.
