Isabelle Young - Sirens (EP)
Montreal-based singer/songwriter Isabelle Young has just released her long-awaited debut EP Sirens, produced by Connor Seidel at Evermoor Audio.
Isabelle Young comes from a long line of talented Canadian musicians which include Karen Young and Coral Egan and grew up listening to artists such as Alison Krauss, Sade and Etta James and as a result, she later found herself attending Vanier College where she studied jazz performance and improvisation. Described as a waterfront of human relationships and an uninhibited confession, the six songs on Isabelle Young's debut EP deals with the confusing effects of falling in and out of love while her intriguing, moody and vulnerable sound is dictated by her honest lyrics and striking vocal clarity.
Isabelle Young's Sirens EP is available now on Bandcamp.
