Sorcha Richardson - Ruin Your Night

Dublin-born, Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter Sorcha Richardson writes songs in her bedroom about the New York days and nights she spends with friends, the places they go, the people they meet, the things we say and the things we don't. The music she makes is narrative based paired with sparse electronic production to give focus to her emotive and confessional storytelling. Her latest single "Ruin Your Night" slides on Sorcha's effortless swagger and quick riffs of reflection, anchored on the repeated mantra, "you should just forget my name," as she recalls a rum-soaked and windswept night of young romance.
